Salutation from the Hospital Director

Yokohama Rosai Hospital was established in 1991 as the central facility in Yokohama City's Northeastern medical district, and has developed as one the leading hospitals in the city. Its parent organization is the Japan Labour Health and Welfare Organization. This hospital became an independent administrative institution in 2004 and has been safeguarding nationwide public health as a member of affiliated rosai hospitals (hospitals for workers' injuries) which exist in various locations around Japan. Yokohama Rosai Hospital is also the newest hospital facility among them. The purpose of its establishment is to fulfill a role as a leading hospital among the workers' injuries hospital group, and to prepare a medical system which lives up to its image as the central hospital facility in the district. With an awareness of these aspirations, we are improving our level of patient satisfaction and are practicing healthcare which patients can feel reassured about. We are always promoting a comfortable and pleasant environment and are confident that we can provide a level of healthcare that patients and their family members can feel satisfied with.
